- Trash pickup is on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Wednesday pickup is for household trash and recycled materials (recycle bins are available upon request from the Solid Waste Authority and may be ordered online at swa.org or by calling (561)640-4000.
- Saturday pickup is for household trash and yard waste only. In addition, bulk pickup is on Saturday only.
- Trash, recyclables and yard waste may only be placed at the curb AFTER 5:00 PM the evening before pickup.
- Television and internet service provider is Hotwire Communications and is included in your monthly maintenance fee. Contact Hotwire Communications for connection, router boxes, remotes and additional services call 800-355-5668.
- Florida Power & Light (FPL), is our energy provider. All community power lines are underground and serviced by FPL. (561) 994-8227.
